1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Customized or pre-order items may have longer processing times (noted on the product page).

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S. only): Available, delivered in 1–3 business days.

3. Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • Track your package online at 17track.net

4. Shipping Addresses

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We’re not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect addresses.
  • We cannot redirect orders to a different address once shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

6. Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or certain remote areas (noted at checkout).
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes (buyer’s responsibility).
