What modes does FollowFit have?
Smart Follow Mode,Electric Assist Mode,and Remote Control Mode.
Is it easy to switch between the three modes (manual assist, remote control, follow)? How is the ease of use and convenience in each mode?
Switching between the three modes is extremely easy and is done entirely via the integrated handle and physical buttons-no complex settings required.
Follow Mode: Simply press the "Follow" button, and the Al vision system will lock onto the target. Once the progress indicator is full, the wagon will automatically follow you, slowing down and avoiding obstacles as needed.
Assist Mode: This is the basic operation-just hold the handle to pull. With electric assist, the wagon moves effortlessly on flat ground and provides motorized support for climbing, making it feel as light as pulling an empty cart. Ideal for short moves or quick adjustments.
Remote Control Mode: Instantly switch modes with the controller, which features intuitive buttons for forward, reverse, and turning. It offers a stable signal within 100 meters, and cruise mode can be activated with a single button.
Does the product have intelligent obstacle avoidance? How does it avoid collisions in follow mode?
FollowFit features intelligent obstacle avoidance, with the Al vision camera and ultrasonic radar working together. The Al camera analyzes the environment and quickly identifies obstacles like trees and rocks, while the ultrasonic radar measures their distance. The system fuses this data to make rapid decisions and avoid obstacles.
Can the product connect with other smart devices, such as phones, for features like remote monitoring or notifications?
FollowFit completely eliminates the hassle of connecting apps—no downloads, registration, or pairing required, avoiding the complications technology can bring. FollowFit gets you back to the essentials of outdoor life. The simplified buttons and controls make it as easy to use as turning on a refrigerator!
What is the effective range of the remote control mode?
The effective remote control range is up to 100 meters.
Will there be a tracking bracelet to wear in crowded areas like farmers markets, where the Al tracking might not work as well?
Our Al vision technology enables FollowFit to recognize individual users, eliminating the need for additional radio receiver equipment and minimizing disruptions from others in its field of view. However, in crowded and noisy environments like a busy farmers market, extra caution is advised when using follow mode. To ensure smooth operation, please try to avoid being completely blocked by others. If you need to step out of the wagon's line of sight, simply press the pause and follow button.

How does the Al vision follow technology perform in complex camping environments, such as forests or mountainous terrain?
FollowFit's Al vision follow technology is highly adaptable to complex camping environments, thanks to its fusion of multimodal sensors and dynamic algorithm optimization. In addition, ultrasonic radar precisely detects obstacles like tree trunks and rocks.

The chassis uses a high-carbon steel frame and X-shaped cross-reinforcement, and has been tested in multiple scenarios to reliably carry all kinds of camping gear and supplies.

How long can the product support camping activities on a full charge? Does battery life vary in different modes?

With a full charge, FollowFit can support 1-3 days of regular camping.
In standard follow mode (with 75 kg load, flat terrain), average motor
consumption is about 20W, supporting up to 6 hours of continuous operation-ideal for a full day's hike.
In electric assist climbing mode, the motor peaks at 50W with a battery life of about 2.5 hours, supporting continuous climbing of up to 2km of steep slopes.
In full load mode (150kg), average consumption is 50W, with about 3 hours of operation.
If you also use the power supply function for camping lights or phone charging. please account for an additional 10-20W of consumption. For example, running a 3W light and a 10W portable fridge results in total average power usage of 30W and about 4.5 hours of operation; with just phone fast-charging (18W), battery life is about 5.5 hours, enough to charge 2-3 devices.
How is the product charged, and how long does it take to fully charge?
Using the included smart charger (120W input), the battery can be fully charged in about 3.5 hours. Please charge in environments between O°C and 35°C, and avoid charging for more than 8 hours to prolong battery life.

FollowFit's main frame is made from reinforced high-carbon steel, with anti-corrosion coating, X-shaped cross supports, and robust connections for high durability. It is rated IPX5 for water resistance and is both waterproof and dustproof for outdoor use.Key components like the battery compartment and motor are securely sealed.
What should I do if a function on the e-wagon malfunctions?
Our online customer service is available-please contact us via the FollowFit website for consultation or repair. Customer service will respond within 2 hours. Through video remote diagnostics (enable device camera), our team can identify software issues (such as system bugs) and push firmware updates remotely, with an average repair time of about 30 minutes.
Three Guarantees Service Policy
To protect your rights and provide service support for your robot, FollowFit strictly implements the "Three Guarantees" after-sales service policy in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The specific service content is as follows:
During the Three Guarantees period, if any spare part fails due to non-human causes, it will be covered by the warranty as outlined in the "Three Guarantees Spare Parts Warranty Standard," and you will be entitled to free repair service.
Calculation of the Three Guarantees Period:
For offline purchases, the period is calculated from the date on the invoice or purchase receipt.
For online purchases, the period is calculated from the delivery receipt date (starting from the day after receipt).
The signed delivery receipt and purchase invoice serve as valid proof of purchase. lf these documents are missing, unclear, or tampered with, the sales date recorded in the system will be used as the warranty start date.
Warranty Coverage and Periods
Main Wagon Parts:
Frame: 18 months warranty for non-human damages such as paint peeling, rust, or deformation.
Structural Parts: 12 months warranty for non-human damages,deformation, or breakage.
Front Wheel: 9 months warranty for non-human damages like breakage or deformation (external tire wear or punctures are not covered).
Rear Wheel: 6 months warranty for non-human damages like breakage
or deformation (external tire wear or punctures are not covered).
Electrical Components:
Control Motherboard (including Al camera, ultrasonic radar, motor controller, RGB light, etc.): 12 months warranty for non-human failures, malfunctions, or abnormalities. If repair is not possible, the part will be replaced.
Motor: 12 months warranty for non-human failures, malfunctions, or
abnormalities. If repair is not possible, the part will be replaced.
Charger: 12 months warranty for non-human malfunctions or inability to charge.
Battery: 6 months warranty for non-human malfunctions or inability to charge. Issues like swelling or leakage are included.
Accessories:
Remote Control, Power Cord, Keys, User Manual, Acceptance Certificate: 3 months warranty for functional faults (appearance, packaging, and consumables are not covered).
Note: Spare parts do not enjoy a renewed Three Guarantees period. For parts replaced within the warranty period,the warranty for the new part will be calculated according to the remaining period of the original warranty at the time of purchase. For spare parts purchased or replaced at the user's expense, the warranty period begins from the purchase date.
Details of After-Sales Service Exclusions (Non-Warranty Cases)
The following circumstances are not covered by the warranty service, and users will be required to pay for repairs and related services:
The product is beyond the valid warranty period, has no valid proof of
purchase, the invoice information does not match the product, or the product serial number or robot information has been intentionally damaged or tampered with (including but not limited to blurring, destruction, unauthorized removal, or alteration).
Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or adjustment not in accordance with the product manual; damage or malfunctions resulting from collisions during operation; faults or damages due to overload or other abnormal usage conditions.
Unauthorized disassembly, modification, replacement, alteration of circuits or wiring, damage to the product or its components, or use of non-original parts resulting in damage.
The product's electronic control system (including battery, controller, motor) and sensor system (Al camera, ultrasonic sensor) have been precisely calibrated and must not be disassembled or replaced at will. Warranty service is only provided at authorized service centers; any after-sales service not performed at an authorized center will not be covered.
Damage caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, typhoons, fires, floods, hail, or corrosive environments (e.g., salt and alkali); or by exposure to extreme sunlight, submersion, water damage, smoke, or chemical corrosion.
Batteries that have not been properly used or maintained, resulting in
unrecoverable deep discharge and low voltage, are not covered by the
warranty.
Any failure or damage not caused by a problem inherent to the product itself.
Samples or products/parts explicitly identified as not covered by warranty (vehicles or parts with other agreements or contracts will be handled according to those agreements).
Other parts outside the scope of the Three Guarantees, such as standard screws and nuts,decorative parts,consumables,promotional items, or gifts, are not covered by the warranty.
